1. Ordering Process:

   - Order modifications or cancellations can be made up to one hour before the scheduled delivery time.

 

2. Delivery Area and Charges:

   - We deliver only to Temecula, Murrieta Winchester.

   - Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside our standard delivery zones.

 

3. Delivery Times:

   - Salad deliveries are available Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 1 PM.

   - Estimated delivery times will be provided at that day.

 

4. Menu and Ingredients:

   - Our menu includes a variety of fresh salads with customizable options.

   - Allergen and dietary information are available on our website.

 

5. Payment Terms:

   - We accept online payments, credit cards, and cash on delivery.

   - Pre-payment may be required for large orders or specific promotions.

 

6. Quality Assurance:

   - We guarantee the freshness and quality of our ingredients.

   - Customer complaints or issues will be promptly addressed through our customer support.

 

7. Substitutions and Availability:

   - In the event of ingredient unavailability, we may substitute with a similar item.

   - Customers will be informed of any substitutions before delivery.

   - Refunds are possible within 24 hours of delivery in case of quality issues.

   - Returns are accepted for incorrect orders, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
