My Culinary Story
My name is Matthew Brown, and I'm from Los Angeles, California. I've been perfecting salad dishes and dressings for over 30 years. I'm obsessed with salads, I could eat it as a main course and as my dessert!
It all started at a routine check up with my doctor. My wife and I were given news that would change our lives. The doctor told us that there is a chance that I have Leukemia. We couldn't accept nor believe this news. I took my wife's hand and we walked out.
My white blood cells were fluctuating so much and my immune system was so weak from eating unhealthy food over many years. I stumbled across "Garlic and Egyptian Healing" in a health book. I learned that certain amounts of garlic is similar to taking penicillin. So I decided to create my own garlic salad dressing.
I no longer get colds, my blood pressure went down and I feel better overall. I am excited to share this passion with my community, to encourage and inspire all of us to live a healthy lifestyle - - It's not a goal, it's a way of living.
